PSG (Productivity Solutions Grant)

The former grant for pre-approved IT solutions and equipment. Closed to new applications; replaced by EDGE.

PSG has closed to new applications. Enterprise Singapore says PSG ceased on 29 September 2026. From 30 September 2026, new applications for business grant support go through the EDGE Grant. This page explains PSG for businesses with an existing PSG project and for anyone searching the old name.

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) was a Singapore government grant that helped companies adopt pre-scoped IT solutions, equipment and consultancy services to raise productivity. Solutions were pre-approved by Enterprise Singapore and other agencies. From 1 April 2023, support was capped at up to 50% of eligible costs.

Grant rules and laws change. Check the official page before you apply or act. This page is general information, not legal or financial advice.

How it worked

PSG was built for speed. Instead of writing a full project proposal, a business picked a solution that had already been scoped and approved. The aim was to help companies automate existing processes with ready-made tools rather than custom builds. IT solutions and consultancy had to come from a pre-approved vendor or consultant. Equipment could be bought directly from a vendor.

The grant only covered the actual purchase of the pre-approved solution. Extras such as delivery and installation fees were not supported. Applications and claims went through the Business Grants Portal, with a Corppass login.

If you have an existing PSG project

Enterprise Singapore says ongoing PSG submissions will continue to be processed, and you can still file your claim on the Business Grants Portal once the project is complete. Keep an eye on the claim due date shown in your letter of offer, and submit before it passes. Hold on to invoices, proof of payment and delivery records, because the claim needs them. According to the EDGE FAQ, existing PSG grants do not count towards your new EDGE cap.

What it means for your business

If a vendor is still quoting you a “PSG price” for a new project, ask how it fits under EDGE, then check the official EDGE page yourself. If you already bought a PSG solution, make sure it is actually set up and used, since the system is only useful if staff can log in securely, data is backed up, and the devices running it are maintained. StarLabs does not process grant applications or claims. We can help keep the IT around your new system healthy.
