Samsung S21 Plus 256GB
Samsung has put its new flagship Samsung S21 Plus 256GB variant in an awkward position in this year’s lineup. Although, it has a bigger battery pack and a better Exynos 2100 chipset, a lower-res display, and similar cameras compared to last year’s S20 Plus. However, the gap between the Plus variant and Ultra variant widens even more compared to the S20 lineup. Making it hard to determine whom this S21 Plus caters for.

What’s in the box for Samsung S21 Plus Singapore?
Unboxing the Samsung S21 Plus 256GB Plus, you will get the following:
Samsung S21 Plus
USB Type-C to Type-C cable
The front of the new Samsung S21 Plus did not defer much compared to last year’s S20 Plus. Albeit, the Samsung S21 Plus 256GB does come with an HD display instead of the usual QHD display. Turn to the back, the camera setup that seemingly merges into the phone body is distinctly different from its predecessor. Unlike the vanilla S21 variant, S21 Plus comes with a Gorilla Victus glass on the front and Gorilla glass on its back.
The camera array of the S21 Plus is similar to that of the Samsung S21 Plus 256GB Plus from last year. You get a triple camera array that consists of a 12MP wide lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP telephoto lens. However, the Exynos 2100 chipset does bring the S21 Plus an upper hand in producing better image quality and faster image processing experience.
On the other hand, you also get a beefier battery compared to S20 Plus’s. Last year’s S20 Plus packs a 4500mAh battery and the new S21 Plus’s battery is a whopping 4800mAh. Combined with the new power-efficient Exynos 2100 chipset, you may be able to get 2 days out of one charge depending on how heavy you use it.
